A note from the seller:

Hi, this is Natasha, the seller of the townhouse.

You can find all the specifications of the property on other pages of this site, and here I’d like to share with you, dear future owner, what I like about this place.
I am a hardworking mother of three. My younger daughter is 11, and she is in grade 5 in elementary school. My son goes to college. Safety and health of my kids matter most to me. And this is where this neighbourhood is particularly good at. Very calm traffic (the house is almost at the end of the street), lots of green spaces, good neighbours, no busy roads to cross on the way to school. And talking about this particular townhouse, its back side is quite private – with a fenced backyard and with no neighbour's windows right in front of your windows.

This is a really safe and crimeless neighbourhood. As far as I know, there were no break-ins ever in this townhouse complex. And most neighbours know each other, so they would notice strangers right away. I feel quite comfortable when my son comes home from a college late at night, although he has to walk from a bus stop.

The neighbourhood is very children-friendly. There is only local traffic, and it is slow. And kids have a lot of green space between houses to play:

Seaview Community Elementary School is just a 5-minute walk, with no busy roads to cross:

And a bus stop is even closer.

A good neighbourhood is made of good neighbours. Your mileage may vary, of course, but I feel that all neighbours here are good neighbours. I really enjoyed celebrating some holidays with my neighbours, such as New Year and Thanksgiving. And talking about this particular townhouse, this is an end unit – so you have neighbours only on one side, and they are good neighbours (again, your mileage may vary).

This community is pet-friendly. There is a lot of green space right behind your backyard and very nice big Easthill park in 3 minutes walking distance, where you can walk your puppy.

Barnet Highway is just a couple minutes of driving from your door. Where else can you find such a quiet place so close to a highway? And don’t worry about the noise from the highway – I have never heard any. Barnet Highway is far downhill, and there are several rows of houses between this townhouse and the highway.

And last but not least, this townhouse provides quite a bit of privacy. The master bedroom is not side by side with the other two. It is on the opposite side of the hallway. So you don’t have to worry that your children can hear you at night, if you know what I mean. I mean that watching TV at night will not wake your kids up.
And on the rear side of the house, you don’t actually have to use blinds. Next row of townhouses is quite far and downhill, so they don’t really see your windows. And fenced backyard protects your ground-level living room from eyes of kids that may be enjoying playing on the grass between rows of townhouses.

Port Moody is a beautiful city. You can walk on the beautiful Rocky Point sea shore in just minutes from this house. It is really a pity that I had to move to another place. I am sure you will like this city, this neighborhood, this community and this house.

Cheers!
